According to the directives of the Canton of Bern:

As of May 1, 2022, the mask requirement in hospitals and nursing homes, the mask requirement for persons working in ambulatory care, and the recommendation to wear masks for doctors' offices will no longer apply.

If symptoms appear
Avoid transmission of coronavirus by limiting your social contacts (especially with people at risk) and wearing a mouth-nose protection if the distances cannot be kept. Wash your hands regularly and ventilate the premises regularly. If symptoms are severe or persistent, see your doctor.

If you are a particularly vulnerable person
you must be more careful than the rest of the population. We recommend that you avoid contact with symptomatic individuals. Wear a mask as soon as the distances cannot be kept. This especially in closed rooms.
